Managed Network as a Service

Design, deployment, monitoring, administration, troubleshooting, documentation, security coordination, and lifecycle management for switching, routing, firewalls, SD-WAN, and site connectivity.

Managed Wi-Fi as a Service

Two Delivery Options

Choose how your infrastructure is funded and owned.

Monitoring and management are included in both options. Each can be delivered as a fully managed service or as a co-managed partnership with your internal IT team.

Lowest Upfront Cost

All-Inclusive NaaS

Hardware and licenses included

NexGenCore supplies the network hardware and required licenses, then monitors, manages, supports, and refreshes the environment according to the approved lifecycle plan.

Installation is paid by the client. A minimum three-year service term is required. A six-month paid pilot may be completed before the three-year contract begins.

OPTION 02

Client-Owned NaaS

Client purchases hardware and licenses

The client owns and funds the infrastructure while NexGenCore provides the ongoing monitoring, management, optimization, documentation, and operational support.

Lifecycle reviews and refresh planning
Flexible fully managed or co-managed delivery

Installation is paid by the client. A six-month initial commitment is required, followed by month-to-month service with no additional term commitment. If service is canceled before prepaid or committed licenses expire, the remaining license fees are due.

Included in both options: fixed monthly service payments over the applicable term, monitoring, management, reporting, fully managed or co-managed delivery, lifecycle reviews, and refresh planning. Equipment refreshes follow the approved device lifecycle. Under the client-owned option, replacement hardware and associated licenses remain client-funded.
